According to the information, Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd. was established in September 2019, and its business scope includes the manufacturing, research and development, retail, and wholesale of automotive parts and accessories. It is a subsidiary of Dongfeng Motor Group, with Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. holding a 93% stake and Dongfeng Hongtai Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Financial Development Co., Ltd. holding 7%.
It is understood that Nie Chunfei has been transferred to the position of Vice President of Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. and Assistant General Manager of Dongfeng Nissan. There will also be adjustments in the leadership of Dongfeng Nissan’s sales division. Nie Chunfei previously served as Deputy Head of Dongfeng Nissan’s Procurement Headquarters, and in 2025, he led several strategic projects related to new energy vehicles. He later went to Wuhan to serve as Party Secretary and Deputy General Manager of Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd. and was appointed Chairman and Party Secretary of Zhixin Technology in January of this year.
Previously, on July 22, 2025, Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. held an expanded leadership meeting to announce the decision of the Central Organization Department: Zhou Feng was appointed as Vice General Manager and Party Committee Standing Member of Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. Before his promotion to Vice General Manager, Zhou Feng was the Executive Vice President of Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. and Vice General Manager of Dongfeng Nissan.
In the first half of this year, Dongfeng Nissan launched the Nissan N7, which achieved stage success. In addition to the Nissan N7, Dongfeng Nissan will also launch the Nissan N6, the first plug-in hybrid model built on Dongfeng Nissan’s Tianyan platform. This will be the second new energy sedan after the Nissan N7 and is expected to be released at the 2025 Guangzhou Auto Show, with the earliest possible launch by the end of this year. In terms of fuel vehicles, the Teana PLUS will be launched in the fourth quarter, co-developed with Huawei, featuring the HarmonySpace 5 intelligent cockpit and HUAWEI SOUND audio system, which is being marketed as the “world’s first Hongmeng cockpit fuel vehicle.” The all-new X-Trail has also been declared and is expected to launch in the first quarter of next year, powered by a 1.6L naturally aspirated engine.

Cui Zhifeng has primarily dealt with the automotive parts industry. He worked for many years within the Dongfeng Honda system, having previously served as the plant manager of the powertrain factory at Dongfeng Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. In March 2021, he was promoted to Deputy General Manager and Party Secretary of Dongfeng Honda Automotive Components Co., Ltd., and later became the Chairman of Dongfeng Honda Engine Company, succeeding Zheng Chunkai. In late 2024, Cui Zhifeng was transferred to the headquarters, where he became Deputy General Manager of the Manufacturing Management Department (Safety and Environmental Protection Department) of Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd.
