On September 19, the all-new Deepal S07 was officially launched under Deepal Motors. The new car is available in five variants, with prices ranging from ¥156,900 to ¥173,900. After cash discounts, the price drops to ¥153,900 to ¥170,900. In comparison, the previous model of the Deepal S07 was priced between ¥159,900 and ¥197,900.

At the launch event, Deepal Motors Chairman Deng Chenghao stated that pre-sales began on September 8, and within 10 days, over 20,000 orders were received. Based on the positioning and pricing of the new car, it will continue to compete with models such as the Leapmotor C11 and Chery Windcloud T9 after its official release.
As a facelifted model, the new car has optimized both the exterior and interior. It comes with Huawei’s Qiankun ADS SE driver assistance system and offers two powertrain options: extended-range and pure electric. Specifically, the new car features a closed grille with a split headlight design. Depending on the powertrain version, there are two front-end designs. The pure electric model has a sportier look, while the extended-range version adjusts the intake grille’s rectangular elements to triangular ones and moves the lower light group downward, creating a more tech-savvy, stylish appearance with a “mechanical armor” feel.

In terms of size, the new car measures 4750mm in length, 1930mm in width, and 1625mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2900mm, positioning it as a mid-size SUV.
At the rear, the new car adopts a full-width taillight design, equipped with a rear spoiler and optimized rear bumper, with a reduced size for the lower diffuser, giving it a more balanced appearance. The extended-range model features hidden exhaust outlets.
Inside, the car offers three color choices for the interior: Muyu Purple, Yuewu Gray, and Reolang Orange, creating a luxurious and atmospheric feel. It comes equipped with a 15.6-inch 2.5K HD central control screen and a 55-inch AR-HUD augmented reality system. The car is powered by Qualcomm’s third-generation digital cockpit platform, with all variants featuring the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P cockpit chip. The air conditioning vents and details around the secondary dashboard have been adjusted, with new sound system speakers in the doors and the switch to traditional mechanical door handles. In terms of driver assistance, the car is equipped with Huawei’s Qiankun ADS SE system, offering functions like high-speed navigation assist, city cruising assist, and parking assist.
Regarding power, the car offers both pure electric and extended-range options. The extended-range model is equipped with a 98-horsepower 1.5L range extender, with electric motor outputs of either 258 horsepower or 272 horsepower. The CLTC electric-only range is 230km or 300km, with a combined range of up to 1320km. The pure electric version has a 272-horsepower motor with a CLTC range of 550km.
