On the evening of October 13, Chery’s new energy vehicle series “Fengyun” officially launched the pre-sale of its brand-new model, the Chery Fengyun T11. The vehicle is available in four versions, with a pre-sale price ranging from 199,900 to 264,900 yuan. The new model features an entirely new design language, positioned as a six-seat large SUV. It is equipped with a roof-mounted laser radar and a Falcon driving assistance system, and powered by a 1.5T extended-range powertrain. According to official sources, the new vehicle will be launched at the end of October.

In terms of appearance, the new vehicle adopts a front grille design with a large, straight waterfall style, accented by numerous smooth chrome strips. The slender headlight design on both sides is connected by a through-type LED daytime running light strip, offering a harmonious and visually appealing look with high recognition when illuminated. The front bumper features a continuous air intake design, complemented by several muscle lines on the engine hood, giving the vehicle a more muscular appearance.
On the side, the new vehicle has smooth, straight lines that give it a sleek and elongated look. It is equipped with traditional-style door handles and 21-inch wheels with tight spokes. Chrome decorative strips are added to the side windows and the lower edge of the doors, enhancing the vehicle’s premium feel. In terms of size, the new car measures 5205/1998/1800mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 3120mm, positioning it as a six-seat large SUV. The vehicle offers six solid color options, including Aurora Green, Obsidian Black, Cloud Blue, Sand Gold, Rouge Red, and Moon Gray, along with three dual-tone color schemes, including Obsidian Gold, Smoke Rain Ice Blue, and Linxi Platinum, to meet various consumer preferences.
At the rear, the vehicle adopts a relatively simple overall design. The tail light features a through-type design, offering high recognition when illuminated at night. The tail light group is marked with the “FULWIN” English logo, and the “Fengyun T11” model name is displayed on the lower-left corner of the tailgate. The rear bumper includes a silver chrome trim, paired with a roof spoiler, integrated high-mounted brake light, and a hidden rear window wiper, creating a sporty atmosphere. The exhaust is hidden in the vehicle’s design.
Inside, the layout is minimalist, offering three interior color choices: Tourmaline Black, Lambskin White, and Amber Brown. The vehicle is equipped with a small-sized embedded full digital instrument display, paired with an AR-HUD head-up display system. The center console features a 30-inch through-type 6K multimedia touchscreen for easier operation. Additionally, the car is equipped with a dual-spoke multifunction steering wheel, an electronic gear shift mechanism, 256-color ambient lighting, three types of fragrances, and 23 speakers, providing a high-tech experience.
In terms of driver assistance, the new car comes standard with the Falcon 500 driver assistance system, while the higher-end models are equipped with the Falcon 700 system. The seating layout adopts a 2+2+2 six-seat configuration, with the seats wrapped in large areas of leather for a more luxurious and comfortable feel.
Power-wise, the new vehicle features a 1.5-liter engine paired with an electric motor in an extended-range hybrid power system. The 1.5-liter engine generates a maximum power of 115 kW. The vehicle is available with two battery capacities: 33.6798 kWh and 39.9168 kWh, corresponding to electric-only ranges of 170 km and 180 km, respectively.
Since the release of Chery’s new energy vehicle series “Fengyun” in November 2023, the series has expanded to include models such as Fengyun A8, Fengyun T6, Fengyun T9, Fengyun T10, Fengyun A8L, Fengyun T8, and Fengyun A9L, covering both sedans and SUVs. With the pre-sale of the Fengyun T11, the product matrix of Chery’s new energy Fengyun series will soon be further enriched. Retail data shows that from January to September this year, the Fengyun T9 was the top seller, with 39,600 units sold, followed by the Fengyun A9L with 24,600 units, the Fengyun A8 with 12,000 units, and the Fengyun T8 with 11,100 units. The Fengyun X3 and Fengyun T10 sold 2,095 and 1,388 units, respectively.
Based on the positioning and pre-sale price of the Fengyun T11, it is expected to compete with models such as the Deep Blue S09, Lynk & Co 900, and GAC Trumpchi Xingwang S9.
