There should be no bureaucratic obstacles to the establishment of production facilities. Germany does not want German companies to be restricted in China, and the German side will not set restrictions either.
Olaf Scholz also said that small countries should not be forced to live in fear of major powers, and boundaries should not be changed by force. One of these principles is that one should not be afraid of neighbors. If the neighbor is a tall, strong, and muscular person, “then we always want to say hello to him and be sure that he will never hurt us.”
