In the latest batch of new vehicle declaration filings published on the official website of China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), Chery’s Fengyun T11 CEM has appeared in the catalog. The new model adopts a completely new design language and is equipped with an extended-range hybrid system. It is expected to be positioned as Chery Fengyun’s flagship large SUV, with pricing and market positioning likely higher than that of the Fengyun T10. For reference, the Fengyun T10 is priced between RMB 189,900 and RMB 229,900, while the T11 is expected to start around the RMB 200,000 level.

Exterior
According to the filing images, the Fengyun T11 CEM features a large vertical waterfall-style front grille, decorated with smooth horizontal chrome strips, paired with slim headlights connected by a light bar, enhancing both visual appeal and recognition. The sculpted hood with raised lines adds muscularity, while the front bumper is expected to include an active grille. A roof-mounted LiDAR sensor hints at strong advanced driving assistance capabilities.
On the side, the SUV has a sleek profile, highlighted by chrome trim along the window line and lower door edge, with conventional door handles. Dimensions are 5205 × 1998 × 1800 mm, with a 3120 mm wheelbase. The front and rear track widths are 1704 mm and 1706 mm, while front and rear overhangs measure 945 mm and 1140 mm, respectively. Tire options include 255/45 R20, 255/50 R20, and 255/45 R21. At the rear, the design is relatively simple, with a full-width taillight and the word “FULWIN” prominently displayed above it for brand distinction.
Powertrain
The declaration shows the model is powered by a 1.5-liter engine (115 kW) paired with an electric motor in an extended-range hybrid setup. Two battery pack options are available: 33.68 kWh and 39.92 kWh, delivering pure-electric ranges of 170 km and 180 km, respectively.
Product Line Context
Chery launched its new energy sub-brand Fengyun in November 2023. Since then, the lineup has expanded to cover both sedans and SUVs, including the Fengyun A8, T6, T9, T10, A8L, T8, and A9L. In addition to the T11 CEM, the Fengyun T8L has also been filed with MIIT. The T8L adopts the new family design language and is powered by a 1.5T plug-in hybrid system (115 kW engine), measuring 4731 × 1880 × 1708 mm with a 2825 mm wheelbase, positioned as a mid-size SUV. Meanwhile, the Fengyun X3L was officially unveiled on July 21, based on the Chery iCAR 03, featuring upgrades in exterior, interior, and powertrain with a 1.5T extended-range system.
Market Outlook
Given its dimensions and configuration, the Fengyun T11 CEM will likely serve as Chery’s flagship large SUV, competing against rivals such as the Li Auto L9 and AITO M9 EREV once launched. With more Fengyun products entering the market, Chery expects sales momentum to grow. Retail data shows that in the first half of this year, sales of the Fengyun T9 reached 24,900 units, while the A8, T8, and T10 recorded 8,911 units, 6,659 units, and 1,388 units, respectively.
