Geely Galaxy V900 Filing Reveals Large Chrome Grille Design
In the latest new vehicle filing catalog published on the official website of China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), Automotive Industry Watch discovered that the Geely Galaxy V900 has appeared. The new model is based on the Wing Zheng L380 and can be seen as an extended-range version of the Geely Galaxy Wing Zheng L380. For reference, the current Wing Zheng L380 is priced at RMB 299,900–599,900 (≈ USD 42,000–84,000).

Exterior Design
The V900 continues the styling of the Wing Zheng L380. The front features a large chrome grille with a wave-like multi-slat mesh pattern. Split headlights are integrated into the grille, flanked by aggressive air ducts, while an interrupted full-width LED daytime running light stretches across the top. A roof-mounted lidar suggests that the vehicle will support advanced driver-assistance features.
Side and Rear Profile
The side profile adopts multi-spoke aero wheels, flush door handles, and a two-tone body, giving the MPV a youthful and stylish appearance. At the rear, the V900 follows the L380’s design with full-width taillights. The “LEVC” lettering badge has been replaced with a graphic emblem, while the lower right corner of the tailgate bears the “V900” badge, indicating the model’s identity. From these details, it is expected that the vehicle will be named Geely Galaxy V900, though the official name has not yet been confirmed.
Dimensions and Layout
The V900 measures 5,360 × 1,998 × 1,940 mm with a 3,200 mm wheelbase. Seating layouts include 6-seat (2+2+2) and 8-seat (2+2+2+2) configurations, with sliding second- and third-row seats in the 6-seat version.
Powertrain
The new MPV is equipped with a 1.5T range extender system, with the range extender delivering up to 120 kW. The battery is supplied by CALB (China Aviation Lithium Battery) and uses a ternary lithium pack.
Background on the L380
The Wing Zheng L380 launched in June 2024 as a large pure-electric MPV, offering up to 805 km CLTC range and multiple seating options from 3 to 8 seats. It mainly competes with the Li MEGA, XPeng X9, and Zeekr 009 in the Chinese market.
In March 2025, Geely announced that the Galaxy lineup had been officially upgraded into the “Geely Galaxy brand.” To better meet consumer needs, Wing Zheng Auto was merged into Galaxy, creating the Galaxy Wing Zheng series as Geely Galaxy’s premium electric MPV lineup. The Galaxy brand now consists of the boutique GEOME series, mainstream premium models, and the high-end MPV range, covering sedans, SUVs, MPVs, and rugged off-road vehicles.
Geely Galaxy Brand Development
Since its launch in February 2023, Geely Galaxy has integrated the Galaxy, Wing Zheng, and Geometry sub-brands. Current models on sale include the E5, E8, L6, L7, Geely Xingyuan, Wing Zheng L380, and Xingyao 8, covering a wide range of market segments. The strong momentum of the Galaxy lineup has contributed to Geely’s overall sales growth. The company has set an ambitious annual sales target of 1 million units for Geely Galaxy in 2025, with new product launches expected to further boost performance.
