On August 26th, Jietu Motors’ all-new model – Jietu Shanhai L7 PLUS was officially launched. The new car has launched 6 models, with a price range of 119,900 – 161,900 yuan. The super replacement purchase price is 109,900 – 151,900 yuan, and the five-seat luxury version can be upgraded to a seven-seat model with an additional 4,000 yuan. It is understood that the new car is positioned as a mid-size SUV, offering 5-seat and 7-seat versions. The interior is equipped with a refrigerator, a TV, and a “big bed” configuration, etc. In terms of power, it is equipped with a 1.5T plug-in hybrid power system, with a CLTC pure electric range of 220 kilometers.
A brief review of the exterior design: the new car adopts the brand’s new design style. The front face is rounded and full, featuring a popular closed grille with a through-type daytime running light design. On both sides, there are headlight groups in the shape of the letter “J”, which echoes the “J” of the Jietu brand, having high recognition. At the front bumper part, the new car is equipped with a trapezoidal air intake, with air guide grooves on both sides, presenting an overall sporty look.
On the side of the car body, the new car adopts a straight waistline with a through-type black trim strip below, making the overall look stable. In addition, the new car is also equipped with silver roof racks, chrome-style window trim strips, and a semi-hidden door handle design, and offers 19-inch and 20-inch rims, making the vehicle look more solid. In terms of body colors, the new car provides a total of 5 colors for consumers to choose from: Jet Black, Morning Mist White, Frost Blue, Cloudy Blue, and Streamer Silver. In terms of dimensions, the length, width, and height of the new car are 4810/1930/1705mm respectively, with a wheelbase of 2820mm. Positioned as a mid-size SUV, its size is larger than that of the Jietu Shanhai L7. At the rear part, the tail design of the new car is also very full. The through-type taillight with vertical taillight design is very eye-catching, echoing the front face. The left side of the tailgate is equipped with a model logo, further enhancing the vehicle’s recognition. In terms of exhaust, the new car adopts a hidden exhaust layout.
In the interior part, the new car offers black/orange and black/brown color options, and uses a large area of soft wrapping design, looking very simple. In terms of configuration, the new car is equipped with a 15.6-inch floating central control screen, supporting 10-degree left and right deflection and intelligent voice control deflection. The cockpit adopts the TOUR OS 3.0 smart AI cockpit with a built-in voice large model. In addition, the new car also provides a three-spoke steering wheel, a column-mounted shift lever, and center console ambient lights, etc., with an overall strong sense of technology. In terms of seat layout, the new car offers 2+3 5-seat and 2+3+2 7-seat layouts.
In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a plug-in hybrid system composed of a 1.5T engine and an electric motor. The 1.5T engine has a maximum power of 115kW and a maximum torque of 220N·m; the comprehensive maximum power is 265kW, and the maximum torque is 530N·m. The CLTC pure electric range is 220 kilometers, which can be used as a pure electric vehicle for daily commuting, and the comprehensive range is 1,700km.

It is understood that Jietu Shanhai is the latest product series launched by Jietu Motors, focusing on the hard-core off-road market, targeting the 100,000-yuan level SUV market, and most of the launched models are compact SUVs.
