September 12 – The brand-new AITO M7 under HarmonyOS Auto opened for pre-orders on September 5, with a starting price of $39,800 (RMB 288,000). According to the latest official update, the model has received over 190,000 pre-orders within just 8 days.
The new “Happiness Flagship” AITO M7 will be officially launched in Shenzhen on September 23. It debuts Huawei’s Qiankun in-cabin laser vision solution and supports urban NCA (Navigation Cruise Assist). The model will be available in six body colors: Island Blue, Warm Cloud White, Pasture Green, Coral Red, Interstellar Blue, and Gilded Black.
The new AITO M7 measures 5080 × 1999 × 1780 mm with a 3030 mm wheelbase, and adds features such as a rear-seat entertainment screen (ceiling-mounted), a 7.3L compressor cooler/heater box, and a zero-gravity driver’s seat — essentially offering the “fridge, TV, and sofa” experience.
Both range-extended and pure EV versions are available, all equipped with CATL batteries:
- Range-extended versions: 37 kWh or 53 kWh batteries, up to 1,600+ km combined range, WLTC-rated fuel consumption of 6.5L/100km.
- Pure EV version: 100 kWh battery, up to 700+ km range, powered by Huawei’s high-voltage 7-in-1 electric drive.
