On July 12, the 2026 Geely ICON Chocolate was officially launched. The new model is offered in two variants, with official guide prices of RMB 89,800 (≈ USD 12,600) and RMB 95,800 (≈ USD 13,400). For a limited time, promotional prices are RMB 79,800 (≈ USD 11,200) and RMB 85,800 (≈ USD 12,000).

Exterior Design
The new model continues Geely’s family design language. At the front, it features a split grille with a horizontal silver trim strip across the center, giving it a striking look. On both sides, the split headlight clusters incorporate LED lighting, offering high recognition when illuminated.
The side profile retains the style of the outgoing model. The roofline slopes downward with clean lines, while contrasting roof and body colors create a “floating roof” effect. Blacked-out elements for the mirrors, fenders, side skirts, and roof further enhance its sporty appeal. The car is available in four body colors: Berry Pink, Cream Silver, Sea Salt Blue, and Vanilla White. Dimensions are 4,350/1,815/1,620 mm with a 2,640 mm wheelbase, positioning it as a subcompact SUV. At the rear, the taillights adopt a dual rectangular split design, highly recognizable, with body-colored trim elements on the rear bumper for added style.
Interior Design and Features
Inside, the layout remains simple but sees major updates. The previous dual-screen design has been replaced by an 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster paired with a 14.6-inch floating central touchscreen. The infotainment system now runs Flyme Auto, with support for Huawei HiCar smartphone connectivity. Additional features include a dual-tone three-spoke multifunction steering wheel with physical buttons, 256-color ambient lighting, and a starlight panoramic roof, adding to its premium tech feel.
Powertrain
The new ICON Chocolate continues to use a 1.5T engine delivering 133 kW of maximum power and 290 Nm peak torque, paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch wet transmission.
Background and Market Positioning
The Geely ICON Chocolate was first introduced in August 2022 as a compact SUV, with two trims priced between RMB 109,900–129,900 (≈ USD 15,400–18,200). Retail data shows that in the first half of this year, cumulative sales of the ICON reached 9,942 units, ranking sixth among Geely’s lineup, with 2,003 units sold in June. In comparison, the model sold 13,458 units in the full year of 2024.
Overall, compared to the previous generation, the 2026 model does not bring major exterior changes but focuses on interior upgrades—most notably the new 14.6-inch central screen with Flyme Auto system. With its 1.5T engine retained and competitive pricing, the new ICON Chocolate will continue to rival models such as the Honda Vezel/HR-V, Chery Tiggo 5X, and Lynk & Co 06 in the subcompact SUV segment.
